Welcome to StorageKeeper (手机空间收纳官, hereinafter referred to as "this App"). We understand the importance of your personal information and will do our best to protect its security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the various features of this App, as well as the relevant rights you are entitled to.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Information

1.1 Information You Actively Provide

·       Subscription and purchase: When you activate a membership (VIP), the subscription transaction is completed by Apple through App Store in-app purchase (IAP). Payment information (such as Apple ID, orders, and subscription status) is processed by Apple. We only receive the subscription result to enable the corresponding entitlements and do not collect payment credentials such as your bank card number.

·       Feedback and contact: Information you actively submit through in-app feedback or customer service channels (such as issue descriptions and contact information) is used to resolve your problems.

1.2 Device Permission Information

To implement core features, this App will request the following system permissions from you on a "minimum necessary" basis and explain the purpose at first use. You may turn them off at any time in system "Settings":

1.3 Information Collected by the Umeng SDK

This App integrates the SDK provided by [Umeng+] for splash ad display and data statistics and analysis. According to the Umeng+ Privacy Policy, this SDK collects the following information:

We process the collected data using industry-leading security technologies such as de-identification, anonymization, and pseudonymization. Analysis and mining are conducted under the strict premise of de-identification that prevents re-identification of specific individuals; we will not disclose or infringe upon the privacy of your end users.

Regarding the advertising identifier (IDFA): On first launch, this App will request your authorization through the system's "App Tracking Transparency (ATT)" prompt. Only after you agree may we use the IDFA for ad attribution and conversion statistics; if you refuse, we will stop obtaining the IDFA, and the corresponding ad capability will be downgraded to display not based on personal identifiers, without affecting your use of other features of this App.

You may turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" at any time in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking" to revoke authorization for the advertising identifier; some ad-related personalization capabilities will be turned off accordingly.

1.4 Ad Attribution Information

To measure ad delivery and conversion effectiveness, this App also integrates the ByteDance (Ocean Engine) attribution SDK to receive and process attribution callbacks from the ad platform (such as activation and conversion events). The relevant data processing complies with that platform's privacy policy and the terms of this policy.

1.5 How We Use the Above Information

·       Provide, maintain, and improve the core features of this App (photo album organization, file management, format conversion, e-book reading, private space, etc.);

·       Conduct security risk control and anti-fraud, identify abnormal device / account status, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others;

·       Display splash ads, measure ad effectiveness, and optimize delivery (de-identified);

·       Process your subscriptions, feedback, and customer service requests;

·       Other uses permitted by you.

II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

This App is primarily a native client and generally does not use Cookies locally. When integrating advertising, statistical analysis, and web-based features (such as the user agreement / privacy policy display page), the relevant service providers may record necessary information through technologies such as local storage and identifiers to improve experience and security. We will not use these technologies for purposes not agreed in this policy.

III. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

3.1 Sharing

We will not sell or rent your information for marketing or illegal purposes. Except in the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with third parties:

·       With your prior explicit consent;

·       As required by laws and regulations, or by administrative or judicial authorities;

·       Sharing with partners such as advertisers and media: We use processed, de-identified data to optimize ad delivery and improve marketing effectiveness, but will not provide partners with detailed information that can identify you personally;

·       Sharing de-identified device and ad-related data with statistical analysis / ad platforms (such as Umeng, Ocean Engine, and their partners) to support ad display and attribution; the relevant parties are bound by their respective privacy policies and confidentiality obligations.

3.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to third parties, unless with your consent, or in circumstances such as mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, where it is conducted in accordance with the law and your rights and interests are safeguarded.

3.3 Public Disclosure

We will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances: with your explicit consent; or to meet mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, legal proceedings, litigation, or government authorities.

IV. Information Storage and Protection

·       Storage location: Umeng-related data is stored within China; other locally processed data is primarily retained on your device.

·       Storage period: We retain your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy; after the period expires, it will be deleted or anonymized.

·       Security measures: We adopt industry-standard security technologies and administrative measures (such as transmission encryption, access control, and security auditing) to protect your information and prevent leakage, tampering, or loss. However, please understand that no measure is absolutely secure in the internet environment.

V. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information, which you may exercise by contacting us through "IX. Contact Information" in this policy:

·       Access and correction: You may view or correct relevant account and preference information within the App;

·       Withdraw consent: You may turn off the corresponding permissions (such as photo library, camera, local network, and ad tracking) in system settings; upon withdrawal, we will stop collection based on that authorization;

·       Limit ad tracking / turn off personalized ads: Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking";

·       Delete information: You may uninstall the App to delete local data; for personal information processed by Umeng, you may exercise the relevant rights through its opt-out page: https://outdip.umeng.com/opt_out.html;

·       Account deletion: If you wish to delete your account or your personal information, you may submit a request to us through the contact information below, and we will process it after verification.

VI. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. This App is primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, please use it under the supervision and with the consent of a guardian. If we discover that a minor's personal information has been collected without the guardian's consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
